Scottish Cup returns as we face Rangers in semi-final

Glasgow City take on Rangers in this Sunday's Scottish Cup Semi-Final, hoping to continue their hopes of a fourth successive domestic treble.

It was a tough midweek Champions League match against English Champions Chelsea for City and Head Coach Scott Booth will no doubt have one eye on the return leg on Wednesday, especially as Chelsea have no match this weekend and a full chance to recover for a tie which they narrowly lead 1-0 after their home leg win on Thursday night.

With that said, a fourth successive treble is still a real a possibility and Booth will be ensuring he uses his squad to its full advantage to best enable his team to compete at the top end of all competitions and go one step closer to lifting his first silverware in management.

He said, "I'm delighted to reach my first Cup Semi Final as a coach. The girls have been excellent in the League and Cups this season. In our Quarter Final match we were able to play good football and score some excellent goals. However, we are well aware that it will be a bigger test today against Rangers. We would love to finish the domestic season by winning the Cup Final but we know we have to be at our best to get there."

Rangers v Glasgow City is a 12pm kick off at Ainslie Park, Edinburgh.
